One of the phones works as intended, very fast and crisp going through menus and changing screens. The other one, not so much. It's VERY sluggish and slow. Doesn't respond right away. And acts as if there is a problem with the internal processor. I ran 2 internal speed tests and the sluggish one is noticeably slower than the crisp one. Even during initial setup from a factory reset it was slow and laggy.

Everything seems to work fine. Needed a phone with 4 G VOLTE capability.. This one does have a cracked screen tho, somewhat disappointing, but it is used.. Didn't have much loaded on it, not even a calculator.. That's good and bad.. It measures 6.5 in long, didn't want one that long, but no getting around the bigger phones these days.. It took 2 1/2 hours to charge up from 0%.. Has a great speaker to it, with clear sound and a bright screen light.. Overall a good phone. Happy with it.

I made a great choice
To be honest when i received the product I wasn't expecting much due to the cheap price and it being used but after opening it I want to ask... Are you all sure this product is used? lol The phone looks and feels completely brand new and I already love it. No problems at all even with my sim card for Assurance Wireless. Phone also arrived 3 days early :) Thank you!!

Quality of device excellent, but sealed box did not possess sim card for activation, nor complete charging unit.

Used, but looks and preforms like new.
Used phone looks like new! Not a mark or scratch. I'm getting 2 or 3 days on a charge. Great color on the display.
