    Extremely pleased

    I am beyond extremely pleased with the repair service. I too experienced the elusive E84 error. I have used the Boost on the back burners once in a blue moon. Was in a hurry one day and turned the Boost on the Front burner, 1 minute later, a lovely bam sound!! Stove dark and E84. When contacting Robert for repair, wait for instructions to remove the board, as we removed the back panel when we didn't need to. And make sure to number all the screws removed, we put two of the screws back into the circuit board (and promptly forget we had) and when re-installing, big crocodile tears when it didn't work. Took apart again and immediately saw our error. Note: NEVER EVER AGAIN use the Boost option again :-)

    Good value

    I had the choice whether to scrap the stove or take the chance on this repair. Obviously the repair won. Having the E84 code made the whole unit unusable. Following the step by step and easy to read instructions, I sent my board in and the repair was done the same day and shipped out. I reinstalled it using the instructions supplied. It works like a charm and even comes with a warranty. This is a must use as it saved me thousands in costs over purchasing a new stove.

    This repair worked perfectly

    This repair worked perfectly and saved me from having to send the stove to the landfill. It was easy to remove the part, send it in, and put it back together when I got it back. If your Samsung induction stove has an error 84 this will fix it.

    Great service

    Amazing service! Allowed me to keep the stove I love and saved the world of more garbage. The turnaround was really quick. I would appreciate more detailed instructions and a video. It can be very overwhelming if you are doing this for the first time in your life, like me. But... It did work out well and my stove is working great. I recommend separating all the screws in order (I used envelopes) so you know what goes first and last.

    The board is fixed!!!!! I have a stove again.

    Samsung does not make the boards any more so we could not find a new one. Decided to take a chance on a repair and we could not be happier. The board was returned quickly and we have a working stove again. We highly recommend this repair service.

    Good Service

    Good service, quick turnaround, but takes forever to go through the US and Canadian Mail and customs. Samsung no longer sells the PVB board as a part, you really have no choice.

    Stove works again

    Quick and efficient stove circuit board repair

    repair was quick as advertised and is still working 3 months later. New part was on back order of an estimated 3 months, the stove circuit board repair was completed in one day!!! Much cheaper than a new one!!
