Better than expected
I was concerned about the audio quality because of the half helmet design. It is much better than I hoped for. Even on the phone, the other person can only hear minimal background noise (I do have a windshield). The phone, radio, and audio voice are super clear. This is a great product. Had both sides installed in my wife's half helmet in about 10 minutes. The unit has good clarity and is easy to use with gloves, I have not had a chance to use the FM radio feature at this point. I wish everyone we rode with had one!Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Hear what you have been missing!
I have been using Sena intercom half and no helmet intercom head sets for three years now. They make a world of a difference when traveling with more than one bike. Safety is also increased. The frustration is that the pairing of 4 riders is inconsistent for the initial pairing. The manual way and various you tube videos have several ways to pair. At time it makes no sense. I have also had issues when pairing my 2017HD Street Glide Special with headset. It seems to be impossible to pair for headsets when paired with the bike. Also, I imagine it takes repetitive usage to get comfortable with the various button combinations to get full use of all the features available.
