Once setup it's golden and works, but there are a few challenges
Pro: *It Works great ,once it mounted and setup for phone and radio modes. (have not tested it group riding etc) *A lot of features and they have nailed Voice Suppression correctly, the callers can't tell I'm riding when on the phone. *Came with three different mics! Cons: For non techies might find it a challenge. People like me with a big skull (size 62) and tight full face helmet it will be a fight to get it mounted correctly for comfort & hearing. (the hard part) I had to spend a bit of time getting the speakers just right inside my helmet. USB port on the 30K is rather weak. You can't have it plugged in while riding. Or you risk damaging it. Using it while riding is tough even when using a full thick glove. I would suggest the remote handle bar controls for ease of use or thinner gloves (but safety first) It has a a lot going for it, but at the same time a lot can go wrong with it. Make sure for before first use, you plug it into a computer and update the firmware. As this will fix a lot of issues with it.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

Quality kit...
Main reason I got this was for my radar detector, which isn't BT, so I bought a Tao Tronics BT receiver. It all works great, no longer wired/tethered RD. Made my first voice call through my phone yesterday too. Have friends who ride w/ these, so hopefully I'll get to use the mesh network soon.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

No wifi dock station exist!!!!!!!
Sena 30k is not ready for prime time. Sena is selling and advertising something they don't have in stock and are not being recognized for this faulty selling practice. Sena 30K hits the mark
Once you really read the manual and know what how to control the unit AND do firmware upgrade it woks great. There are a couple of improvements over the 20 s like being able to shut off mic so you can here conversations but not interfear with music at hwy speeds, and of course the group intercom with no clicking.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

Worth the money
If you want to stay in touch with a group of buddies on a ride, this is the de facto piece of equipment. Rugged, decent range and really good battery life. FM radio built in, mesh communication system to increase range and users on your network. All my riding friends have this. Complete and complex communication system for motorcycle riders.
