    You really need these white metal landing gear struts for the Monogram F-89 Scorpion!

    Let's face it. The old Monogram 1/48 scale F-89 Scorpion is big model. So, what a big model needs is strong landing gear. Not the weak plastic landing gear supplied in the kit. Do yourself a big favor and purchase this white metal set of landing gear struts that'll last far longer from the occasional moves to dust it or just hauling it out to show folks your skills at building model aircraft at the plastic model show.     SAC metal landing gear.

    This article is a direct replacement for plastic kit gear. In this particular case the model A/C I am building will require significant weight forward of the CG which will place a heavy load on the landing gear. This item will obviate that problem.
