Absolutely great. Cannot tell it’s refurbished at all. Looks and works like it’s brand new. App was easy to connect. My floors have never been cleaner.

Worth every penny
I love this vacuum. It does everything it says it will do. It mops my floors and vacuums my area rugs with ease. It mapped out my house and knows what to avoid. It does a superb job avoiding anything (in my case dog toys) on the floor that were not picked up before the vacuum cycle started. My floors turn out so clean, polished, and spot free when the vacuum has completed it's cycle. I could not be more pleased. It was well worth the money spent.

Very happy
This is basically brand new. And works perfectly. I bought it to replace a brand new one I had to return because it did not work properly. This one does everything it is supposed too and I’m very happy

Great RoboVac and Mop
Excellent robovac. Can't imagine paying the original MSRP -- but the deals have made it the best deal in the market. The vacuum is great. The mop works well. No issues at all from me. And I purchased a refried unit. It arrived looking like new. Software is fantastic.
