A Rock-Solid Grip from RAM Mounts!
I shopped extensively for a safe and secure solution for mounting my iPhone and iPad on a 1-1/2" inch diameter window-washer's extension pole. Using the Tough-Claw with RAM 's excellent "X-Grip" cradle products, I can position my devices anywhere along the length of the pole and angle them securely to WiFi-monitor my DSLR's view perched 24' above me. While this is a pretty exotic use for a Tough-Claw, it's construction is top-notch and has given me the confidence I needed to attach my expensive gear in this fashion. I can highly recommend RAM's products across the board. They're great!
