Great product, but missing an important part.
We were very excited to get it in the mail and install it. The product is of good quality and sturdy. It was easy to install. Our issue was it did not come with all the parts as shown in the online purchase pictures. It was missing the plate that coves the 3 holes on the sink. Luckily, we had one. It was a great product for the price.

Not a good faucet. I would avoid.
I don't normally write reviews but I felt that I had to write one to briefly explain my experience with it and to suggest that you do not purchase this. To begin with, the faucet connectors were too short, I had to go to home depot to purchase an extension cable. After installation the sink leaked underneath. I tightened everything and no fix. I removed and reinstalled the faucet paying close attention to everything to make sure I installed it properly and I had the same problem. As a result, I ran the faucet a while with the cold water line turned off as I determined it was the cold water line that was leaking. Then the handle sprung a pin hole leak. This was odd because it was not at any connection point. It was just a random pin hole leak. There was another review suggesting that this thing leaks everywhere. I decided to ignore that review and paid the price. You can clearly see there is very little quality control for this product. I went to home depot and bought a sink for the same price, not as many features and it works rock solid. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Five months in..
Within three months the o- rings gave way, month five the sprayer head exploded. Cheap plastic sprayer head, while the rest is decent chrome.aside from the above , the faucet functions nicely. No help what so ever from the seller. This faucet is best suited as a decoration in a showroom or perhaps a prop in a kitchen scene. Overall rating, POS

Great professional look at a fraction of the price
This is the second unit I buy, since I liked it so much! The only issue I found is the installer asked me to buy a different set of water lines, since it is difficult to work with the ones provided by the manufacturer. However, it refreshed the look of both sinks I installed these spouts, since it gave them a professional, more upscale look to the sink areas. Comparable products from Moen and Kohler cost 4X-5X what I paid for this, so it is a great value, I highly recommend them.

Good product only no face plate for
Quality of the unit is good some plastic parts. Biggest complaint I have is it did not come with a base plate. And it’s very hard it’s for a single cover for three holes sink. But other than that it seems to be working a very nice.

Perfect cost-effective kitchen Faucet.
The fit and finish of this faucet is very high quality. Install was easy with minimal instruction for someone like me with no plumbing experience at all. My only negative thing to say is that the facet did not come with the necessary extensions and adapters to fit my application. Other than that no complaints and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable replacement kitchen faucet.

Hoses leak.
Liked faucet but hose leaked on one end. Apparently they cannot replace any parts so I had to purchase another faucet at a reduced price just to get a replacement hose which took over two weeks of negotiations and requests for pictures of leak. That one leaked also. Too much trouble to remove entire fixture to send it back so I am stuck with a leaking hose. Hose not available in US. End fittings are not standard size. Disappointed.

Nice Looking, Works Well, Great Value
For the money this is a great faucet. It looks nice and works well. It looks much more expensive than the price. The sprayer is great, there are 2 options on the sprayer head. So far, I'm very pleased with it. The only downside is the plate at the bottom is thin, so there is no way to bolt it down to stabilize it better. This creates a bit of a wobble when you swing it from side to side or pull out the cord. It's not solid on the sink like it would be with the extra bolts. Other than that I think it is a great value for the price.

Its tall and if you have a tv behind faucet, no good
This sucker is tall. I bought for my mom's kitchen, which she has a tv installed behind the faucet, its a small 32" flat screen. After, the installation of the faucet, the tv didnt fit and also my mom hated because it's too big. Also, the hose, DOES NOT come out, it is semi fixed and it just has enough hose for it self to be pull so it can reinsert it self back into the dock/stand that holds it. The metal spring around the hose just gives it the curvature to look like comes out, the hose, but it just gives pressure to the hose to be hold in place once inserted into the dock/stand. It looks like it was design for commercial use cuz it can pour a ton of water out.
