It worked
This hand control remote worked as an excellent replacement for the original remote on our chair, which was failing after many years of use. We had repaired the old remote many times when the wires inside became detached, but once the lights on it started flickering and it became unreliable, we knew we had to get a new one. Fortunately, this was available on ebay and it worked great.

A Great Replacement Remote Control Wand
The 10 button remote that came with my reclining chair had been failing for several weeks. It was on its last gasp when I was lucky enough to find the "Pride Mobility Viiva Lift Chair 10 button 5 pin hand control remote". It is the perfect replacement for my old remote. Unlike my original remote, the Pride remote has a USB Port that I do not use, and I am puzzled for its use.

Better than Original
This product is a 100 percent better than the original controller. The coiled cord make it so sweet to NOT get pinched in the chair. The old one or original is way long and gets cut in haft after use.

Works just like original that came with my chair. Very pleased.
i am so pleased to find this remote. Works perfectly with my Ashley chair. I have been trying to get insurance to replace since December of 2020. Took a chance that it would work as not returnable. I am over joyed.

Same as Flexsteel
This is identical except for logo to Flexsteel 10 button hand wand for the Oscar lift recliner. My Flexsteel wand broke after two years. Flexsteel is sending one at no charge, but it will be 1.5 to 2 months. This works perfectly as a replacement. When the new one arrives, I will then have a spare.
