Needs to be applied in room temp.
This item is difficult to mount in your car during the winter. I have gone through both 3m patches trying to warm my car up enough. The instructions say to use the mount 8 hours after application. The instructions are not clear about if has to sit at room temp this long for it to work. During a long trip I turned up the heat. I applied it. Doesn't stay on after popping in/out a few times, but still like it.
Fine for the price but doesn't work as well as I thought it would. After about 3-4 times of use, the whole mount comes off. Not a big deal, but annoying. I like I can take it with me to another car so I'll deal with it.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Great Product and excellent price

Works great for me!

Knock off?
The packaging looks right.. But the sticky adhesive is NOT the original re-stickable material. This is important because you only get one placement on one item. It's a cheap 3M sticker that is expensive to replace (over $3). One of the best features about the pop socket is the mobility. Phlegmsy design to popsocket
The end cap on the pop socket started to come out on the 2nd day of use..now that it has come out completely and is lost, the popsocket dash rack is useless....I regret the purchase and regret not applying some adhesive to extend the life of the pop socket..the maker of this product should consider some sort adhesive as well to hold the cap on securely.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Only 1/3 worked
The middle pop socket that fit in the package worked fine but the other two pop sockets were not new. The sticky on their underside was very dirty and fell off after some light use (even when I applied the pop socket by holding it down on the back of the case for 15 seconds.)
