Great Product

Highly recommended!!!
This one is a replacement of an older version I had for years. This one, so far, has not dropped a call or click back and forth between it and the phone. It is a little tight on my ear but that is better then being too loose. The volume is a great improvement from my old one. Poor battery
The battery doesn’t stay charged very long. Even if it is fully charged and turned off, it still discharges in a few days. I like the features but I would not have bought it if I knew it would not hold a charge. Previous Plantronics have worked for years and always held a charge. Excellent Headset!
Excellent noise cancellation, good battery life. Tried it out year ago and liked it so much now I order them for all the company employees with vehicles. May have bought 40 or more since. Don't keep count. They are pretty tough. I accidently dropped the one in the photo below walking into the office. By the time I realized it 10 minutes later it had already been run over by a truck. Believe or not the unit still works. It is just a bit uncomfortable to wear so bought a new one... FYI an 1100rpm spin cycle of a washing machine does not do the headset any favors. Still worked after drying out but disconnected frequently.

Purchased several times
The Plantronics 5200 is a very good and durable Bluetooth earpiece. I've owned several of these over the years. They have updated and upgraded the model several times and they just keep making it better. I would recommend this earpiece to anyone who demands quality. Went BACK for GOOD ;)
I kept buying new Bluetooths and they would stop working in no time at all! I had purchased this one a long time ago and it only stopped working after I dropped and broke it. So I went back and bought an old but good product. No one complains about the sound. No background noise. won't connect to 1 phone, will to a different phone
