Good, inexpensive hands free Bluetooth device
I've owned over a dozen various hands free Bluetooth devices over the years. I keep coming back to this Plantronics Voyager Pro HD model because it has the necessary quality at an affordable price. It in convenient to wear and has interchangeable earpieces to "custom" fit your ear. The sound is good although my girlfriend complains when I'm in the wind, washing dishes or crushing plastic water bottles. Those high frequency background sounds are amplified by this device. Earpiece had short lifespan
Have used Plantronics headsets for years with great success. They have been reliable, crisp, clear and lasted a long time. Not this one. I can hear someone calling but no one can hear me. Nice blue tooth
I drive a Semi truck and the noise cancellation on this Bluetooth is excellent. The volume level goes loud enough to hear well even on bad roads. Not as good as the original voyager
Have had several of the first generation voyagers and have been fairly happy with them. On this newer style, the buttons are harder to feel and use. The power button must be pressed and held for several seconds as opposed to the switch style on the older model. The distance has been dramatically reduced. The old style allowed me to leave the phone on my desk and walk throughout my house. This model barely lets you get 15-20 ft from the phone. Small, yet portable.
This Plantronics bluetooth stereo (one earpiece "mono") is a great buy for someone who wants the ability to listen to music with out having to have a set of headphones or earbuds. This device offers great sound for its small form factor. The first time you put the earpiece on it will feel a bit uncomfortable, but once you wear it for a few minutes you will quickly forget that you are wearing this device. The sound to be expected from this device is good considering its size and being only one speaker. While listening to music it gets quite loud. and phone calls are loud and clear. the device is designed so you can wear it on either ear and be universal. Good Value- Function over form.
Fair price for what you get. The headset charger port is proprietary so will not work with a USB plug. Must use the supplied charger otherwise SOL. Also, it took a while to figure out the controls and pairing. This model is so old that instructions are hard to find on line. Easily holds a charge for 8 plus hours. Its a good headset to use at home or office, but not convenient for travel or on the go. Its not a sexy looking wireless headset but I personally like the Plantronics headsets. Too quiet.
Unless your job is quiet, have a newer car, etc. This isn't going to be loud enough. Atleast on my android. Had to enable hearing aid compatibility and disable noise reduction to hear my calls although ironically music is fine. No actually useful software available in regards to volume. Nice case with belt clip

Different size earpieces not included
This is a clear, noise canceling over the ear Bluetooth. Note: as advertised will not play music. However, I have had this product on the past. The original packaging included different size earpieces, and additional foam pads. I was disappointed to find none in this "open box", Old New stock envelope.
