Great Bluetooth for iPhone
I researched and purchased many Bluetooth ear pieces before I found this one. It is by far the best in my opinion. Many features. Simple to use. Sound is good on both ends. caveat emptor
mine looks kinda banged up. came with old firmware, was 'on'; I worry about the battery life in 3 mos...i can see where it looks like it was taken apart....on the whole i'd say buy from a vendor who sells the whole item, not just a refurb headset! Great value!

Poor voice quality for other listener
I ordered two so I could cover my full work day and both have voice quality problems for the listener on the other end of the call. I used both and the listener could barely hear me speaking even when I raised my voice. I am not sure why, since I had good luck with previous versions of Plantronics Voyager. Good enough.
I had an older model before that was thinnner and the sound quality was way way better. This one is a little bigger. Bulkier. But it's still really nice. Does it's job and more than the other. I like the carrying charger. Extra power for itAchat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

Not satisfied
I don't know if this product was new or used. It worked good for 3 days. After that it doesn't connect with my phone, then i tried on my wife's phone Same thing every time I receive call i have to reconnect. I think this was used or damage product. Not new
The description say it is new and it is not, it has several signs of wear and tear and the quality is not good I can barely hear the caller, this is my 3rd one cause I love this Bluetooth I had to get another one cause my others I have lost, and his has been my worst one, I will be returning this one

great headset
One of its greatest pluses, is that it can connect to two devices at the same time. This means I can have it connected to my phone and my laptop at the same time. Overall a decent set.
