Parrot flypad + Mambo
The Parrot flypad offers greater control of your drone. It does have one drawback in that the only Parrot mini drone it will link with without a smartphone connection is the Parrot Mambo. The other Parrot mini drones work great with the flypad and smartphone. That said the flypad and the Mambo are a great combination for flying fun. Bill Hamilton

Can't pair with flypad only
H,i the Parrot flypad controller will not pair with my hydrofoil drone unless my smart phone is paired also. I was hoping it would pair with the controller without my smart phone. The hydrofoil drone and the flypad controller are both fully up to date as far as updates go, but I can not pair with the controller only as it claimed it was able to. Also my phone has to mount off center, or the the mounting clamp will push my on off switch of the phone, and turn my phone off. Not a lot of thought was put into the design of this device. I gave it 3 stars because it is a little better than flying with my phone only.

Parrot BeBop flypad
Syncs with my parrot bebop instantly! If your used too an Xbox controller then you’ll have no issue piloting your parrot!! Great design, simple buttons and perfectly comfortable

Excellent Mini drone controller
Solid build. Comfortable in hand. Rechargeable power. Phone snaps on very easy. Links up easily to my Parrot Swing drone.

Fly pad
Love it got it for my parrot mambo perfect!! Don’t like flying with just iPhone. Fly pad fixed controls feel good very responsive

Paired perfectly. No firmware upgrade needed ( as of 10 20 2017)
Works with the Mambo Parrot. I prefer this to using smart phone or iPad. Controls are somewhat programmable using the online interface App.

Great product !
Makes controlling your parrot drone much, much easier than only using your phone to control it ! I highly recommend the Parrot Flypad to everyone that owns a Parrot Drone !

Yes like it was a bit hard for mt to get set up , but am not high tec. , will learn how to properly use it , was a lotmif run to learn !!!
