Refurbished? Don't see it.
Don't know what was done to refurbish this case but it's practically brand new, minus the "refurbished" stamp inside the back case. I don't trust my phones to any case other than Otterbox. Lives up the name!!
This is my second OtterBox Defender for the Note 9. Over the life of the first one, dropped the Note 9 on numerous occasions on our tile floor here at the house (as well as other places) and never once had the slightest crack or scratch on the screen. Over two and a half years of heavy use the rubber started cracking and the audio and electronic "covers" came off. Buying a second Defender was an easy call. Glad I found one on Ebay. Can not tell it's refurbished

Best case ever...3rd one on last three phones...flawless!!!
I work in the construction field and there is no case more rugged and durable than this one. The side clip is super strong and trustworthy. You do give up on style and looks but for my environment you need protection and reliability! Especially on a 1k$ phone!!? Oh did I mention their replacement policy is top notch...never a hitch 7$ gets a new one shipped within a few days. Though rugged things happen but never to the phone! The best protection.
If you want protection for your phone you can't beat the Defender series. I've had one on every phone I have owned. The only reason I have replaced my S3 is it doesn't work with the cellular network any more. But it is like new inside if it's Defender case.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

I DON'T USE MY PHONES WITHOUT IT!
QI always have 2 cellphones. One for me and one for my wife. For years I have ALWAYS installed Otterbox to each phone. Additionally, I also installed invisible shield to each phone. Very sleek and stylish phone case
It is durable and like the way it looks and the way it feels. It is easy to to clean. I am easy to pull back the tabs and easily insert my power cord to charge my phone.
