    Have to give it 5 stars

    I had the otterbox case for my s8+, and after two years my screen never got a crack or scratch (i try to take care of it, but it was dropped a few times). This case is the exact same design and materials for the s9+, so I'm confident. It's a fragile phone design with the curved screen, but from my experience these cases are great.

    Withstands extreme usage.

    Purchase to replace an existing Otter Box. The old one wore out. The Otter Box Defender has protected my phone from a fall from the roof of a two story house onto a gravel driveway without the phone breaking or dropping the call. I wouldn't purchase any other product for a cell phone if hard use in a construction job is expected.

    Great slim case

    Overall, I like this case. Very slim design and easy to put on my phone. Feels very sturdy. There's nothing covering the screen itself, but the corners protrude up above the screen, so the screen won't be touched if it lands on a flat surface.

    Slim and sleek but loaded with protection

    The new Otterbox for Galaxy s10+ has a slimmr,,lighter presence without losing any protection...I have only used Otterbox Defenders on my Note4 and came thru several mishaps with no I'll effect. Why put a $1000 mobile in a knockoff case? Well worth the investment!!!

    Excellent protection for your phone

    This case provides excellent drop protection, and the belt holster is a secure way to carry the phone. Highly recommended. I've had one on my phones for over six 8 years of drops and abuse and never had any phone damage. I wouldn't have a phone without one.

    Otterbox Defender defends!

    I'm an over the road truck driver. My poor phone goes through a lot. The Otterbox Defender series honestly does protect your phone, plain and simple. It's not exactly "stylish" (for a girl) but you know, the price of phones these days, protection is way more important.

    Great product

    In my opinion Otter Box is the number one case. It provides great protection for my cellphone. I have been using otterbox cases for several years and never had a problem with them.

    Love the feel

    My Samsung S10+ is so easy to use with this phone case. It has a rubber feel that's easily gripped. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

    Better that the Otterbox

    I like this cover better than the one on my S4 & S7. Those were unidirectional. You had to put the phone in one way and not the other. If you put it in the wrong way the locking clip was not engaged. I lost my S4 to a car tire when I discovered it missing, walked back to our car to retrieve it, and saw another car run it over with both wheels. This one securely clip in either way!
