This is a perfect item. Easy to use. Other items like this, when they are in the connected to a ventilation grill, not only the phone is in your hand, also the mount. Steelie cell phone car mount.
Had much higher hopes for this mount. The magnet is way to weak. Plus, if your have a case on your phone, the manufacturer recommends cutting a hole in your case to attach the magnet to your actual phone or the plastic inner liner of your case. I did just that. Waited the recommended 24 hour curing period and started using this mounting system. I don’t want to exaggerate to be honest but this mount detaches from the ball mount over slightly rough road. I have a Samsung note 9. Every time this thing lets go, I’m picking it up hoping the $400 screen isn’t cracked. Totally disappointed in the performance. The magnet needs to be much much stronger to be affective. Maybe a rare earth magnet or something. I would NOT recommend this product until Nite Ize improves the magnet. Best car phone holder ever!!!
It is very clever phone holder. The stickers by 3M are holding the magnet and ball very well for ears. Very useful even out the car. You can use it on every steel surface like refrigerator on your kitchen or car fender. I have one already for 2 years and buying as present for all my family and friends. Best car mount ever!
I've been looking for something this simple for a long time for solid placement of my smartphone in my vehicle. To date this is the absolute best solution that I have found! Because of the ball mount and the magnet, the positioning is almost infinitely adjustable. And if you have the magnet affixed in the center on the back of the phone, the phone can be twisted from portrait to landscape mode and will easily stay in that position. Fabulous at first
I was ecstatic when I first started using the Steelie. Phone stuck fantastic to the ball and I could have a perfect visual of my phone while driving. But over time (only after about a month) it seemed to lose it's magnetic strength maybe a little. Phone used to stay upright and solid, now it tilts down (slides down on ball) with vehicle vibrations and bumps. May be my POS car, hard to say. But I did and still do love it. I absolutely love it!
I'd have to say, this is by far the best phone mount I've experienced yet! This little Steely has several different capabilities.... * Mobile Navigation, capable of positioning the phone to experience navigation and avoid reflection of sun. * Automotive, watching "How To" videos, place the phone where you can watch it and work at the same time! * Don't recommend trying this intentionally, but have you ever set your phone down while pumping gas. And then realize you forgot it driving blocks down the road. well this magnet is strong enough that my phone was still there, several blocks down the road! Mind you, as much as I love the Steelie phone mount. The adhesive used to attach the pieces may fail, I personally customize the adhesive to a stronger level.... Sleek and non intrusive mount

Can't wireless charge with it
This would be PERFECT were it not for the mount that goes on the back of the phone. It requires an easy to remove case if you use wireless charging bc it doesn't let the phone rest on the charging surface and make the proper connection. 😕Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion
