The unit works great, but the piece that goes around the ear is terrible! It digs into the back of your ear like a knife. Horrible design using hard plastic instead of softer material. It's a good product technically, but it's just not comfortable.

Lightweight and perfect size.
Had another one just like it but finally wore it out. Piece that goes around the ear is a perfect size for a womans ear. Sound quality good.
