Let me say to begin with, I generally like Motorola products and usually find them to be of very good quality, but this one devise just did not work properly. It would loose connection with my phone during calls. you would have to end the call and reconnect to the device to try again, it would not reconnect during the call. I did not like this bluetooth because I saw charging cable was twisted around and very bad conditions. And bluetooth keep skipping connection multiple time no matter how close they from phone.. Damaged
Cannot get headphone to be connect to my phone and part of instructions pulled off the paper. Stuck on tape that tapes the box together unable to get product to work once taken out of damaged box
