Loved this ear piece but had to return it
I've always used this Motorola product and LOVED IT, but this particular one would not sync up with my new iPhone 5. I had to return it. But it is the most versatile and user friendly product. The boom never broke and it was comfortable on your ear. I was VERY disappointed that it wouldn't sync, and after trying everything I knew I even called the tech support # provided and did chat board searches to see if this occurred with anyone else.

Wonderful Bluetooth
Works great. Range is good. Clarity is excellent. I highly recommend this bluetooth. Its the best of its kind and wears very comfortably. I wouldnt have any other kind.

Not good
The Blue tooth does to connect to my Samsung phone it also deleted all my information from my phone and I bought two of them so what can we do about that

I just gave it away because it doesn't work with a windows Phone very well, I could not get any Volume control with it
