    great for first time smart phone users

    easy to navigate, the help icon is very helpful, fits nicely in my hand, i did get a cover with grips since i'm not used to holding a smart phone, good quality pictures, lots of memory, happy with my first smart phone

    Sturdy, long battery life

    This is a slightly larger phone than my Droid Mini, but is easy to grip, has a great screen resolution and a battery life that appears to be about 4 times greater than my 2-year-old Droid Mini. 4G reception is excellent. I am very pleased with this phone.

    its nice phone for the money

    The phone is good but I still had to take it to the Verizon store and get a new sim card because one that came with it didn't work. Other than that the phone is really nice and good deal.

    Cuch

    Camera has stopped working. I have researched and have been informed that there is an inherent defect with the operation of the camera with these models. Have not found solutions or have any recourse.

    Excellent phone. Very fast. Sturdy like it more than LG1, Samsung 4and 5 better than I phone 4 and 5. Less expensive.
