Perfect drop in replacement for older sinks
I have a rental property that has an older style sink so updating the faucet after it broke was going to be a nightmare. Luckily I checked eBay before going to the store and purchasing a replacement for $30 more. I was able to get away with not having a sink for a few days waiting for the one I ordered to arrive. Once it came in (4 days total) it took 10 minutes to be back up and running. This faucet had everything needed to replace the entire faucet. Came with hoses, the sprayer and the sprayer "holster". Once you have the old stuff out, you only need a wrench to tighten the water lines, everything else requires only your hands to install. Quick and easy!

If this is your style and design you need this is a decent well made faucet over all. Good brand.
Except that the water saver design of causing the flow of water to be reduced it is a very good faucet. I think the reduction designs should be optional to some degree when installing. We have a well which is modern and runs on high low automatic switching and so it helps to have a faucet that does not also reduce the flow. But it is all installed and happy basically and will just adapt to the lower flow situation in time. People do adapt pretty quickly:))) Hubby does not like the tall fancy faucets that also can act like a sprayer itself and our older 1950's home's three basin sink would not work well with that style so happy to find these still made. Moen & Delta continue to be the two best well made quality wise faucets out there. So if this is what you need design wise go for it. Yes the sprayer is a bit too light weight not like they used to be made but seats better than some we've had over the years and in our utility room right now. Thinking about buying this very one to replace the one in utility room in fact.

Amazingly low priced for high quality!
Aside from the fact that I had to buy a couple of 1/2 inch to 3/8 brass converters to hook it up to my water supply the faucet is very nice. the money to quality ratio is unchallenged. I saw this brand new at home depot for about 70 dollars...I paid 30. I am using it for the utility sink in my laundry room but this fixture would look good in a kitchen as well.

Nice Faucet, but needs a better sealing base gasket.
It's a nice Faucet. I'd give it 5 stars, but the base gasket does not seal well, no matter how much I tightened it by hand. It has a gap, and water splashed leak under the base gasket. I have sealed around the fixture with clear silicone, to prevent water from getting under the base gasket. The Faucet works very well.

Moen "Adler" Faucet-fast install
My product "open box" came with no instructions. Non-issue. PS, I found that flow regulation is completely in the aerator. If this is an issue you can change it. (photo) This is a fairly cheap design but metal where it needs be. Favourably impressed with flow regulation (far water saving) still easily 2.2gpm at least. The sprayer is similar to other Moens which I have seen cracked somehow. Works fine. Favourably impressed & returning the cheapie I purchased at HD-bigboxhardware store. Would recommend, fast install; didn't need feed line extensions.

Easy Install, works good
Faucet was easy to install and operate. Chrome finish looks good. I rechecked mounting fixtures after a week of use after faucet settled in. No issues, works great

ONE ISSUE
Only issue, the water supply hoses are factory installed, no replacing them if they every leak. You will have to replace the whole faucet. My last one latest about 10 years, I should be o.k. Overall nice looking, well designed faucet for the money.

Chrome kitchen faucet-a good solution for my leaky one!

Easy to install. Just screw center and tight up two line of water such cold and hot water and plug in spout. good looking product

Pretty nice faucet
I think this faucet is designed more for a heavier sink like cast iron or epoxy not lighter stainless steel. The single fastening point leaves too much chance for movement and leak around faucet. Also most people would appreciate some installation instructions mine came only with registration paper.
