surface duo 1
little glitches,but cool to do 2 things at the same time,unlike a regular phone,or tablet,hopefully when this type of technology get more mainstream,they add more features,such as linking a external hard drive,or thumb stick,so if you have big files you can transfer them to the surface duo without eating up its memory,and power,the one i got seems to have a long battery life,but it depends on what you use this for,also maybe in future versions after surface duo 2 microsoft can really refine this so that there are less glitches,and then if its built a little more sturdier,then at somepoint this will become even more future mobile device,so that at somepoint you can literally have your work space in your pocket,like how watches are becoming more than just tech to check the time,then we as regular people might experience what its like for fictional spy james bond,since in every more future movie of his series,he can link his phone to everything,which means beside his native intelligence,he's getting more tech to truly makes his foes in his movies be even more nervous,but imagine if companies like microsoft keep improving their tech that becomes our tech,just pondering what future tech like this more upgraded could help us do,as well as help me do.

good like new, without WIFI CALLING
very good condition, no harm on each sufraces, just like a new one. easy to use, double screen is comfortable and useful. but dosen't have wifi calling, little disappointed. all in all, its very valuable with very low price, like it very much.

Nice ane perfect
This works fine, its like having new but only its lack of 5 g and no wifi calling features? other than its fine and i really like it and i would recommend it because its 2 in one device tablet and phone together and dual screen is awesome.

Dual Screen Awesomeness
Love this phone. Does everything I need and more. Excellent at emulating games and office tasks. Feels great to use.

Replaces cell phone AND minicomputer I was using. Love it!
Love the MS Surface Duo because it takes the place of my other cell phone AND my minicomputer (pocket) and much lighter than the minicomputer and only tiny bit smaller in size.

Productivity with some compromises
Very good cell phone - something I wanted and I needed. Things I love: - thin body - two large screens - multitasking - fast - bright screen - speaker is loud enough - unique & beautiful - battery is good enough, and quickly charges up Things I hate: - it feels like it's a device for testing - makes you worried that if you drop it, you will damage it (I suggest to buy an insurance) - no stereo speakers - glitches in software: 1. some apps have problems in working on such unusual aspect ratio 2. sometimes the cellphone have problem with switching orientation of the screen (it doesn't make it on time) 3. freezes of the screen (reopening of the device helps most of the time) - only one half of the device has a some of the sensors, which will make you move device in the air to make some sensors to notice your intensions (like switching the orientation of the screen). - learning new ways of navigating the devices, which sometimes are not intuitive or do not work - you are stuck with the Microsoft Launcher (which is not the most convenient launcher) - utilizing both screens to watch something (for eg. on Youtube) is inconvenient (this is not a one screen, there is that big crack in the middle of the device) - don't expect the camera to compete with high end Samsungs. It's not the best. And there is many more. In my opinion, it is a good cell phone and allows me to be productive. It's not a device for everybody. It's a device for people who would like to stay productive, and are ready for some compromises here and there.

Terrific for my needs!
The Microsoft Surface Duo is an extraordinary cellphone. It is a productivity device par excellence. Even through this device doesn't have 5G or a superior camera, it's unique two-screen form factor and functionality make it uniquely suitable for my needs.

Great phone, but not for the hard of hearing.
Loved this new phone - I did have to buy ear buds as the speaker quality is not great, but the screens are a joy to use and my messages are so much easier to read on the wider screen.

Good value
Advertised as a duel sim phone, but it is not. I believe it is a good value for the price and expect to get a lot of use out of it. It is taking some "getting used to".... I don't know what they mean by "form factor".
