I understand I did not respond to messages from now, but I also understand that they have an advertisement on their website selling a protection plan for electronics. I purchased this protection plan, but nothing was ever explained to me who is selling it and that it wasn’t them selling it and it wasn’t eBay selling it, but it was square trade that was selling it, I resolved the problem on my own after they gave me the instructions on what to do. I don’t know why that wasn’t given to me
