Not Impressed
I tried this on several different projects. It seems to work on all projects at first. It becomes soft and gives out when working on items that have water involved. I even tried to cure it longer, and got the same result. I worked in a vinyl window factory where we had liquid plastic to make repairs. Liquid plastic doesn't require UV light to cure it, and would definitely hold up when working with water. I would not recommend this product at all. They are making false claims. Unfortunately, they will make millions off of it before the public figures out that it is junk. This is a Bulb Head failure in my book!!!Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Cleaner then super glue
While this is much easier and cleaner to use then super glue I would not recommend for major repairs on daily items used. The 3 seconds I feel was not a correct assessment of the time needed as I attempted to repair one of my son's toys and after numerous applications and attempts it finally worked after a liberal amount used and about 2 minutes of the UV lightAchat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Wouldn't trust it
Upon receiving the product I did a repair on the plastic hinge of a 45 gal trash can lid. Followed all of the instructions and it looked good and solid. The next day I put the trash out for pickup and what do ya know--It was broke right where I made the repair. Needless to say, it didn't leave me with a positive thought on wanting to use it on anything else. The advertising for this product is definitely over rated !Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Glue for simple stuff but not all the advertisements suggest it can hold together.
No, this glue did not hold a handle to a coffee cup in place nor did it secure a broken glass item but it was excellent to keep a ring in place on a necklace which made product worth buying (one at a time and not a two pack). Loved the idea it would hold more of course. Being able to hit the light beam once I had the ring in right position was perfect which is why I gave this item a 3/middle of the road rating.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Almost works like on TV
This resin really sets up very fast as seen on TV. I would suggest using the LED UV light sparingly (bursts of 1/2 secons or less) until you are certain the alignment is proper. Once that is done, use the LEV UV light at least as long as the instructions say. Be sure allow enough UV light to fully set the repair. Recessed or thick resin may take much longer to set. I had two small repair jobs. Job 1, was mending the bridge on a pair of Glass. The first step was to apply resin to the broken areas. Next apply the LED UV until the parts stuck. Placing the glasses gently in a rubber coated vice, check the alignment. Reapply the LED light for about 30 seconds. Lastly the glasses were left in full sunlight for about 1 hour. Result a nearly perfect, almost invisible repair. Job 2, was repairing a cracked laptop cover plate. Resin was applied to the crack, parts aligned, and set with the LED UV light. More resin was applied to the top and bottom of the crack, followed by a long exposure to the LED UV light. The repair did not hold. Very quickly crack separated and the resin came off. It was interesting that the curred resin was still flexible. MARKS: Job 1, excellent. I know no other glue, resin, or adhesive that would have done the job. The repair seems to be quite durable. Job 2, complete fail. Despite the cracked cover-plate having a larger surface area, and perfect alignment, the repair lasted less than a day.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

A very useful product. Does what they claim
I have been using this product for a while now. It works very well and is easy to use and is very versatile. I have successfully repaired very delicate glass objects and ceramic antiques with this product. I had a very small glass rose with a tiny green glass leaf that broke off. This stuff fixed it perfectly. I have even repaired the fringe on a very old Persian rug with it. It also works on delicate wood objects. Every time I use this product it pays for itself several times over. This sets up instantly upon exposing it to the little LED light that is included. It is pretty strong and durable. A little bit goes a long way and you can do several repairs with one tube. One of the benefits of this product is that after you apply the glue you have lots of time to position the pieces that you are gluing. One word of caution however. When you shine the little light on the glue it sets up instantly so make sure that the pieces are exotically where you want them before using the light. Fantastic product!! But...
This is the most amazing product I've ever seen, it really bonds in 3 seconds!!! The only catch is that, it will work wherever the UV laser can reach. For example. If I applied the glue underneath something, the laser wouldn't be able to reach it to harden the glue, other than that, it is perfect. It's fast, no mess, no smell. I wouldn't recommended it for heavy duty bonds, buy it's great otherwise. I Highly recommend this to everyone to have in their toolbox.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Hard to use this product.
This is an inferior product and is very hard to use. Once you put the glue on you have to push the item very hard to get it to light and you can not do that when you are holding the part you want to glue. Terrible.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Ran out of glue
Their was only a little drop of glue in the glue tube.It should of been full of glue.i got ripped off and the little weld the light did brock the first time i checked it.im out of glue and im not going to buy an other one.I will never buy one that looks like that again.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf
