    20” Gloss Chess Board - Cherry / Burl

    Beautiful chess board with integrated felt-lined storage. This is a large full-size board measuring 20”x20” and 3.5” high. Fairly heavy (not something you’ll be carting around on trips, but rather a nice display board for home). Nice quality and very striking. It’s a “faux” wood veneer, but you would never know it - looks beautiful and has a nice thick clear coat gloss lacquer. Drawer clasps appear very secure to keep drawers closed. Was packaged very well for shipping (double-boxed with styrofoam padding) and arrived in perfect shape. Can’t wait to play on it! I’m very pleased overall - highly recommended.

    Absolute beauty of a chess board

    I've been looking for ages for a nice chess board with storage and when I came across this board, I just knew I had to have it. It came well packaged and it is beautiful. I coupled it with the Bud Rose Wood Rio Staunton 4" set pieces from House of Chess and I'm very pleased. The 4" king fits just perfect in it's slot (I wouldn't get anything bigger). I definitely recommend it.

    Awesome chess box

    This chess box is so beautiful with a very slick high gloss. The Cherry, Burlwood combo is beautiful together. It was a gift and we were both very happy with it.

    Excellent quality and look
