Product is just Ok
The first thing I notice was it was flimsy compared to my Motorola SF500. It does sound a little bit better than the SF500 due to its JBL circuitry. The wires are in a better location than the SF500. They do not tug on my collar as the SF500 tends to do. Switches are intuitive and easy to manipulate. LED does not change for charging and full. The most annoying thing was that it kept activating SIRI on my iPhone 6S Plus. To me, the HBS-800 is good for office work and lounging at home. If you do manual labor or heavy activity, the SF500 is a way better choice as my friend has gone through 4 HBS-800 in space of a year. I own 3 SF500 (oldest about a year); they are rocking away. My SF500 headphones goes on in the morning and come off at bed time. I even sleep with mine most nights.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

Light weight and very functional. It took little more time to pair it with Samsung phone as it was first timer troubles.
It is very light weight and serves the purpose very well. However due to unclear & very short users manual, it took little longer to pair with Samsung phone but at the end it works fine. Out going voice quality while using blue tooth Phone is not good.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Terrible
The sound quality isn't great and there's a Vietnamese lady telling you every time you get a call, hang up, batter is going dead, turning on/off device in poorly spoken English so you can barely understand it. Not worth buying
I thought these would be a quality product but i was wrong. The problems i have it tyat it will switch for Chinese or Korean even after reset. The left speaker quit working two weeks after purchase. Another issue is that the mic is so small and on the bottom of the left side so people can't hear you most of the time. I have to lift the earpiece up by my mouth which defeated the idea ofbit going around your beck. The earbuds have cheap magnets and always fall out of the socket with the smallest bump ir movement. I'm sending this set back for another to see if i was unlucky and got a bad set. If that dont work I'll just switch to a different unit.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

LG HBS 800Wire less Blue Tooth Neck Band Stereo Head set
I have a HBS 730 it's about 2 years old. bought this one to replace it the wire cables are shorter volume buttons are next to the speaker pickup if you adjust the volume it feeds and inadvertently touch it it feeds noise into the speaker. Nothing but problems
I ordered this and received a damaged not working one that looked like it had been used in the past. It had nasty stuff in the ear buds so it looked like it had been used in the past. Once I contacted the company to get a replacement they requested me to send this bad one back and then they would send me a new one. I did this and waited another 1 month and still had not received my replacement headset. I contacted to find out why I still had not received it and they said nothing. After about 2 months waiting I did finally receive my replacement headset. It works fine I just won't purchase anything else from this company. Great design, but lacking in some areas...
This is a great buy for the money, but it has draw backs. The design is great, feels nice on the neck, and has nice size buttons with awesome feedback. With that said, the negatives are what I was looking for. Battery didn't hold for more than 2 hours at mid level volumes. The Bluetooth chip cant hold a signal unless you have NOTHING between them and the phone. Also in regards to the Bluetooth chip, skipping was happening every time id take a step. I've had 5 varieties of this device...
I've had a few of these type of devices, and I've had problems with all of them. I read a review of this model and it was spoken of highly and I will have to agree to the ease of use. One of my biggest issues with this style is it creeps around your neck as you turn your head back and forth. This one doesn't do it. I place it around my neck and it stays put. Good product some problems
I liked what I saw. It came promptly. It was supposed to be refurbished but it was just used and the on/off button is broken. I have made it work well enough so I am keeping mine, but be careful before you buy to ask if all functions have been checked and verified. Better than LG TONE INFINIM
I have now owned the LG Tone Infinim and the LG Tone Ultra and can say that the LG Tone Ultra (HBS-810) is slightly better than LG Tone Infinim with regards to sound. The LG Ultra has great quality sound as the Infinim, ; however, the Ultra is louder when using the same music source to play music. Additionally, the LG ultra is a bit lighter weight due to the thinner design and is far less rigid around your neck as the Infinim has a thicker and unlfexible neckband design. I actually like the Ultra better for working out because of that reason, and doing pushups is better as the bigger button controls on the Infinim are more sensitive to touch and tend to skin my music or stop it or try to use voice command as I press them with my chin, so it becomes a bit annoying but not too much. All other features are the same and they both have retractable ear buds (please note I'm talking about the LG Tone Ultra HSB-810 and not the LG Tone Ultra HSB-800, as the Ultra HBS-800 does not have retractable ear buds)and voice technology and both can be used with the LG Bluetooth app. Ultimately, I would say based on the cost difference between the Infinim and the ultra, I would purchase the LG ultra and recommend it over the LG Infinim.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion
