    This was a great buy indeed.

    I bought these to compare them to a pair of infinims which I had for a couple weeks and they were definitely superior. I returned my infinims and have been happy with my pair of platinums until recently.. usually they would tell me when the battery was low, very low, etc. but I noticed them shut off all of a sudden and wouldn't turn back on and it didn't tell me the battery was low or anything. I get home and put them to charge for a few minutes, unplug them and turn them on, nothing. I just wanted to make sure they were still working. I leave them for a full hour and come back to try and turn them on, success. after using them for a few more days I noticed that it's a hit or miss with the warnings and it shut off on me when it told me it was on medium. other than that the cords seem to be a little short, I can't turn without one side being pulled and I forget that a lot. other than that they are a great pair of headphones for the sound quality.

    DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING

    This product is NOT an LG device. It is a cheap knock off. Deceptive advertising. In the product description, they list the LG info , but below that, they slip in their product info. Deceptive advertising and it really ticks me off. As far as I am concerned, this listing should be removed.

    Ear cushions fall off.

    Terrible design. The ear cushions fall off very easy.. I did not even get to use it 1 time. I charged it ..put it around my neck.. went about my daily routine .. went to use it and the cushion was gone. It did not come with any extra cushions nor did it come with directions of what each button is for.

    Good.. but..

    I bought this on recommendation as I was tired and annoyed with constantly using apple earphones to do conference calls. It is an excellent headset, discrete (fits under shirt collar) and has a good blue toooth connection. Only downside is I expected equal base to the apple earphones but this sounds a little tinnie for the money.

    Calls are awful

    Looks good . Fits good . Playing music sounds great.....whatever u do don't make a phone call it is horrible. My hsb750 that are 4 years old blow this model away. Very disappointed.

    Lightweight and flexible

    Love the Bluetooth and very easy to pair and the best feature to me is when you are wearing it and you leave your phone behind it will vibrate as a reminder you are out of range. Thank you

    1st pair left channel would go out. 2nd pair mic not working.

    The good: form factor is great - fits comfortably around neck and in ear. I like that I can easily pop out ear buds and no have to find the case. The spring/roll up works great as the buds can snap up into neck holder with ease. Sound is good, calls sound clear and people can hear me. Battery life is acceptable - and quick charging. The bad: my first pair, the left ear would intermittently go out (left stereo channel). I lost my first pair, but liked the headset so much I bought another of the exact model (HBS-1100). The second pair the mic did not work - not at all. No one could hear me and I could find no fixes so I returned. Upon doing research, I found the non-working mic is an issue with this model. Sadly, I won't purchase again. Too bad b/c I do like the design but can't trust that they will work when I need. I wish LG would invest a bit more in the quality - folks like me would spend more if it were reliable.

    Great Purchase!!!

    These Headphones are much better than I expected....could be a little bit louder but other than that, I love the sound quality and ease of use!!! A "Must Buy"!!!
