    Awesome!!

    I love them!! It took some time to get used to the fit cause they are snug. But they do NOT move around while I'm working out while my old platinums did. The external speaker is sweet!! I like that it's loud to me but not everyone else. I'll definitely buy again. But if you are very tall or have a large neck, I do not recommend, the circumference is allot smaller, and the wires aren't as long either. My BF couldn't wear them. His neck size is a 17", or 18"

    Best headset hands down!

    I got an awesome deal on a BRAND NEW PAIR of these and I'm LOVING THEM! Battery life seems AWESOME so far, call quality is AMAZING! And they look and feel GREAT! External speakers is awesome added bonus! The APP you can download is AWESOME too, so many extra features! I LOVE THIS HEADSET, BEST I'VE USED SO FAR! OH Music sounds super crisp as well. This blue is absolutely stunning too. Ugh I'm in love with these. They're perfect in every way possible!

    Happy customer

    It’s good quality easy to use but the external speakers need to be louder and it needs to be a little bigger for larger neck. Small things but still very nice product.

    Works well, Battery not as long lasting as I hoped

    I bought this because it has external speakers. My job does not allow traditional ear buds or earphones because they block external sounds. While the external speakers are just loud enough for my needs if you work around industrial noises, the external speakers would not be loud enough for you. The ear buds are plenty loud. With the external speakers on maximum volume, I get less than 6 hours of constant use. I wish they lasted a few more hours. I'm not sure how long the battery lasts with ear bud use only.

    I love my tone active

    I love my tone active. Great quality all around and the external speakers are a great feature and sound great. My only complaint is that the active activity app and the needs allot of work got IOS.

    This is a lifesaver

    I almost got fired with my head phone over my head, but with LG no one knows you are on the phone 📞and one time I locked myself in the bathroom LG called 911, if you connect it right, I can go on and on, this is my 5th one unless you stop making it, I don’t care for the price thank you!

    Better than i expected

    Great sound in either earbud mode or external speaker mode. Carriers can hear me freely clear unless I'm laying down theh the sound gets a little blurry. Other than that i love them

    New in box and from South Korea

    There is only one slight glitch - upon activation it perhaps informs me that it is search for bluetooth or other usual instruction - but it is in Korean and the language can not be changed...guess my husband will learn a few words in korean...LG customer support confirms that the language can not be modified...

    Big let down

    I thought this model would have quality sound, however, I have constant issues with sound quality as far as the person I am talking to hearing garbled talk. This is when using the earbuds. Not as bad when using the speaker.. Since I use them evveryday for work I am going to have to find another model to go with.
