Lg G8 Sprint Unlocked with Tmobile
The LG G8 Sprint unlocked version on Tmobile works just fine. To get mms to work you may have to reset the apn . Just dial##data# , go to apn, press the 3 dots in upper right corner and press reset to default with sim card in phone. It is a great flagship phone. I chose the G8 over the S9 plus and I'm glad I did. Phone also allowed update to Android 10 with no problem. I had trouble using a third-party launcher on the phone though. It caused the recent apps button ( the square button at the bottom ) to not work. Just keep it stock and you'll be fine. I bought it used from yywireless and it was in near perfect condition . You will need a quality Case though as the phone is very slippery. Battery life is pretty good as well.

Its good enough to keep, but stil dissapointed lower volume vs OLDER MODEL LG V20.
Everything works...unlocked used tracfone text/call. -sound not as loud as older model LG V20 using battery cover as sound boost volume (g8 lets sound pass thru back cover=not as loud/focused) dissapointed. -screen resolution not as good/blurry less color/sharp lines as HAUWEI MATE 20 PRO (even though both has same specs: 1440x 3880, OLED) With low prices i suspect the original screen might been broken/replaced by lower quality material for resale, LED? But im keep it...LG G8 screen has better color/less blurry vs older model LG V20 -volume louder than Hauwei mate 20 pro

LG G8 Thinq is Top Notch! Bye bye iphone
I was skeptical about going to android after years of being an iphone user. This phone is amazing and it offers so much. I use mine on cricket wireless and performs great. Phone is fast, takes amazing pictures, super crisp display, able to update to Android 10 and is very sleek. I am enjoying this phone way more than my iphone and LG G8 is a sleeper. I got it for less than $200 and worth that and some. Highly recommended and will be buying more LG products for sure.

Good phone with late specs BUT speakerphone performance is terrible distances 18inches.
Mostly excellent except smallish screen and terrible speakerphone at beyond 2 feet--no one can hear you. This is due to the through the screen microphone not being sensitive enough. Follow the review also below to set up on TMobile....

Solid phone, excellent value!
It's a great value for the price! It's a snappy smartphone with a good camera, hi-res screen, and fast and responsive cpu. 6gb of ram and 128gb of hard drive space are more than enough for my needs

Good basic phone
I use a MVNO (RED POCKET) for the value on AT&T. GSM requirements point directly at this phone. Great reception, quick processor, 128 gb w/expandable storage, headphone jack and a new look for under 200. My son saw my phone and I bought this same make/model for himself and is highly satisfied. If you want a very happy friend or family member just do what I did and recommend this phone TNX
