Serves It's Purpose!
Sound is pretty descent for making calls or watching videos. People talking to you during a phone conversation can hear you clearly under normal noise conditions. If the stickers on the earbud speakers get too warm, it can melt the adhesive and cause it to block up the sound and make you think they quit working (this seems to be a common issue, based on other reviewers that believe their ear buds quit working and don't know the cause). Not worth the retail price of $129.99 + tax, but if you search long enough you can find an authentic pair at a reasonable price!

comfortable,won't charge, no noise cancellation
the unit came fully charged and worked ok the first few days. when I charged it overnight with the supplied charger it was still on medium power the next morning. I have also had several clients and friends tell me that they can hear everything going on around me causing me to stop and find a quieter place to talk. (I work around normal machines, industrial washers and dryers). They can also hear the wind when I'm outside. I have also had complaints that people cant hear me when I've been working and the headset is wet.? Other than those 2 items the unit seems to work and connect well. I haven't had any mechanical or technical problems.

Tricky switch
This is my 3rd set of LG headphones and have had 2 sets have one ear bud go out because of the thin wires. These do look a little thicker. Sound quality as always is great. One big issue is the switch on the left side, the top is power and the bottom is the multi function button used to answer calls. I keep switching them off while trying to answer calls. These fit me a lot better than the last 2 as I am not a large person.

Works as described, but randomly the signal feedbacks from anything. I mean anything, Shift in my seat, feedback. Pick up water bottle, interference, put my phone in any pocket, interference, lean to far to the left or right 'standing or seated', signal feedback. Its weird, not enough to stop using, but its annoying. But it came as described The retractable ear buds are cool, cable is way thin though, scared ima' break everytime. Prolly' 7/10 prolly wont buy again 'without good deal'; but won't tell others not too.

Great parts find! Also was able to fix one within 5 minutes.
The products came on time and in great packing materials.(three levels of protection!) Product in greater than expected shape. Was abke to repair one of the two within 5 minutes. Thanks!

Great value for it's cost.
They are sitting tightly on the neck, are easy to operate. Four buttons are enough to perform actions I consider essential: turn on/off, answer call/pause, value up-down, next-previous song. The sound is great, bass is strong. Quality is superb as well. In general, I am happy with them using for about a week. Regarding the quality - we'll see within a month.

Good, but
These are good, but I got a refurbished set with the left side earpiece that doesn't work. The vibration is great, the controls are well designed, and the sound (from the one side) is great.

LG finally got it right with this design. They hit it out of the park!
The fit is a huge improvement over my old LG HBS810. So is the sound. The placement of the controls on the outside edge of the curved body solves the problem of "chin dialing" the last call I made. And the sound is terrific. The only potential weakness I can see is how short the loop around the neck is. If you're a big person it may not fit comfortably around your neck, even though is does flex. Compare this to the Senso ActivBuds S-250 at the same price and is a no brainer; these LG's are superior in design, manufacture and performance. Great product. I'm going to buy another set or two in case they decide to stop making these. They're perfect.

the only kind I buy
I wear them everyday to work and play, they go through all kinds of abuse and keep on ticking. This is actually the third pair that I've owned, because they work so well and are designed well also. Only ones I buy
