    After 2 months it no longer works

    The first 5 times I used this item it worked fine but now it just displays HI. I have changed batteries and still the same thing. It doesn't come with instructions to explain what the other functions are, if there actually are any. This item is not worth $5 or anyones time. I was using it in my electric kilns. don't waste your money on this item, save a little more and buy a $150 item from a ceramics supply store.

    Works as it should

    I use it in a forge to heat treat knives, accurate and simple works great. Quality isn't astonishing but for the price, it's just fine.

    No recommend.

    Totally Disappointed. The instructions are useless and incoherent at best. The ON/OFF button works and have only managed to select F. Have not been able to get beyond "HI" on the screen. About to ask for a refund.

    Good value

    Works as described in my homemade trash can raku kiln. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the instruction manual is in Chinglish.

    Temperature Gage

    I am using this for an older model kiln that does not use cones. It's great for that.
