Good value, minor Bluetooth pairing problem
The sound is excellent, and the headphones themselves are light and comfortable. The ease-of-use issue has to do with the Bluetooth pairing. Every time I go pair the headphones with my phone, it shows up as "Not connected", but clicking on it only connects it for a second or two before it disconnects again. So every time I want to pair the product with my phone, I have to go through "Forget this device" and wait for the phone to find it again.

Great product, great price.
These on-ear phones are light & comfortable, weighing under six ounces (165 g), versus about 9 oz (265 g) for my Anker Soundcore over-ear phones which I also love. They paired up easily to my various devices, sound good, and have great battery life. I don't really know what the total battery life will be, but I've used them for over twenty hours over the course of a long weekend without charging, which is far longer than the set they're replacing. These refurbished phones came at great price (less than half of what they'd cost new) and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Killer headphones for the price!!
Headset sounds incredible for the price. Listened to Apple Loseless masters last night with these on and picked up a ton of new details previously lost in the mix. The band across the top can get uncomfortable sometimes, but everything is easily adjustable. Only downside is audio bleeds out of the headset pretty easily. Don't get too loud with these unless you want the rest of the room to hear what you're listening to! Otherwise, A+++.

Seem a bit flimsy. But good so far.
Maybe a little flimsy but so far they’re ok. Do get a little echo on phone from my own voice but that might be a setting adjustment. If they last then I’ll really be able to say they’re well designed and a good value.

Work well and a good value
For the money these work very well. Especially for phone calls on the android phone. The buttons are a bit tiny and they do not work properly with microsoft teams through my PC but still a great value for these refurbished ones.

They are really that good! Two pairs for a year, no problems at all and sound quality is outstanding!
I've had this black pair and the off-white for almost a year and I can't believe how good they sound, how durable, comfortable and problem-free they are. Can't go wrong with these! Did I mention battery life? They charge fast and last for at least 20 hours of solid listening. No battery anxiety with these at all. With these on-ear style headphones just make sure you have a solid connection between your ears and the center of the earpiece. If you wear them loosely or crooked you won't appreciate the sound. To prove this take them with your hands and firmly press them against your ears to see what these audio drivers are capable of. As with any over-ears there is sound leaking, nothing crazy or unusual but probably won't be blasting these in the office.

Great value
The sound quality is good and the battery life is Stellar. When you use a Bluetooth headset on Windows, the quality of the audio in your ear drops precipitously, but the mic picks up pretty good sound for the money. If you want better, you should probably get one with a boom mic a proper gaming headset.

Easy setup, sounds good -- but won't stay on my ears. every time I bend forward, it comes off. So I'm back to over-the-ear headphones.

Great Bargain
Works fine, very long battery life. I use mine for an hour a day or a little more, and the battery is only now on medium. I wish there was a way to adjust the band, but it fits good enough.

Refurbished price was a great deal!
Great sound and battery life. The only negative is that while being active working in the yard, they tend to slide off my head when bending over.
