Good sound quality
I really like the one feature of the Jabra and that is the button located on the cord where you can pick up and end calls without having the end the calls on the phone itself. Very convenient to have, especially when you are driving and requires your full attention on the road. The sound is crystal clear and the unit seems to be well-built. I've had better....
Materials are not of the best quality. Windsock for the microphone not fitted to keep it from coming off, which it does, frequently. Part of the headset came apart at the base of the mic boom, so that was less than stellar, given the 4-5 times it has been used. Lightweight with great features
I got tired of reaching for my Bluetooth headset and finding I forgot to charge it, so I was looking for a comfortable Wired headset to replace it. The sound quality is excellent including its ability to block out wind and external noise. It's VERY comfortable even with glasses. It's also easy to plug in and get around your ear before a call goes to voice-mail! The three interchangeable earpieces guarantee a secure, yet comfortable fit and the included conversion cables ensure that you can plug it in to older devices as well as the new ones. Perfect for calls, but...

This wired model allows a 100% perfect connection to my phone.

Glad to have found this corded earwave boom
I have been writing Jabra almost every day to bring back a corded earwave boom - fantastic sound quality, only one ear -mono with stero like sound. Professional looking unlike ear buds. Can keep excellent posture while using unlike ear buds that require looking down and talking down for mike to pick up good sound. Mono ear plug allows for awareness of surroundings unlike ear buds that block out surrounding sounds. Very comfortable to wear, hard to put on
I like Jabra products, and this one is very comfortable and has great sound, but it's hard to put on. If you put it on once and wear it for long periods, this will do very well. Two units now both not working...
I bought two of these, one as a backup in case I lost the first one. Both are not working. The first one, now the microphone is failing (but the earbud works) and the other one the earbud does not work but the microphone does.
