    very well made product at reasonable price!!!

    this product is well made and easy to use! the angle of the blades makes stripping paint and furniture a breeze. I have used it several times. I would tell anybody to get this scraper!! Ed Sizemore

    Definitely Useful for Refinishing, BUT Not Durable Enough

    CHANGED THE REVIEW: Unfortunately, after only one project, the handle and the blade holder are no longer holding the scraper blade securely. The pin that holds the blade will not come out far enough to install the blade unless I pull it out with pliers. And then it will not retract to hold the blade securely unless I whack it with a hammer. It's a good idea, but I certainly expected it to last longer than a few hours of scraping paint from a door.

    My first experience with a heat gun has been a learning one. A very old, weather checked, ornate front porch is my project. The job would be absolutely impossible without Hyde's contour paint scraper kit. It fits my hand well, not too long, too short, or too heavy. Very sharp quality blades that are easily interchangeable. Quality tool...wish I had known about prior to my slow start. I did not see anything like it in any of the box stores I had shopped. Not just a time saver. I would never even got a good start with the tool. Very good price, huge value A MUST HAVE accessory for your heat gun.

    Great value in a really useful tool

    The tool itself is identical to the Richards round profile scraper, meaning that if you have that handle, all of these blades are compatible. Makes short work out of complicated Victorian mouldings, and well worth the money. The blades are razor sharp, and easily re-sharpened with flat and curved sharpening stones. Highly recommended.

    Best handy wood tool

    Heat gun plus this tool has been a life saver. No more chemicals especially in a small space with little fresh air. The versatility of the tool is amazing. I may buy a few more do I don’t have to keep changing blades

    It's ok for most projects

    Size of blades are ok was looking forward looking for something smaller . don't care for the way blad s are held in place , don't completely tighten down to handle

    A GREAT TOOL, thank you

    I suggest to anyone doing restoration work that this TOOL is worth it's weight in Gold!! The multiple blades will cover or better yet scrape all angles or curves of wood with minimal gouging. The blades are not only easy to change but also packed in easy access packs to carry on you.
