Mostly worked
This is a great solution for adding LED's to an older vehicle and you get a hyper flash issue. Completely corrected that until I switched all 4 blinkers to LED's and now I have a no blink problem. Most likely due to the additional drop of load needed from bulbs. Will be applying some LED resistors now as well. Would be 5 stars if no additional corrections needed by me. Works on a 05 Silverado

Works GREAT!!!!! So much simpler to replace stock flasher with an LED compatible flasher than to install inline resistors. Wish I would have done this years ago when I switched out my other truck with LED's..... A GREAT VALUE!!!!!!! This identical flasher was double the price at three local automotive parts stores!!! Best Way to Stop Hyper-Flash
I replaced my factory turn signal bulbs to LED bulbs and ended up with the dredded hyper-flash. I didn't want to install the 50W 6 ohm resistors since those tend to get hot and I was concerned about melting things where ever I placed them. This relay was an exact replacement for the factory flasher module and it stopped the hyperflash issue. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to swap over to LED turn bulbs and doesn't want to install resistors into the factory harnesses.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Adios Hyper Flashing “💡”
When I put LED BULBS My turn signals were hyper flashing and acting like if they were hazard lights when I wanted to turn . Easily eliminate hyper flash with this replacement.
Since the newer LED lights are lower resistance the factory/OEM Flasher isn't designed to react to the newer technology which causes what's referred to as hyper-flash ...rapid flashing of turn-signals. This replacement flasher will accommodate the LED resistance much better and successfully reduce the flash repetitions to a slower more acceptable and typical intermittent speed. Bought this to replace the crappy Taiwanese NAPA one I just put in 6 months ago. This is made in the USA and fixes the LED fast blinker issue. LED Hyper flash cure
