An excellent vintage digital tool.
The HP200LX still commands prices of $200 or more because it can run DOS programs. Collectors really like these palmtops because there is SO much software that can still run on them. This particular piece was in nearly new condition and worked flawlessly. It even came with a 64MB CF card and PCMCIA adapter. There were some DOS games on the CF card. I was very happy to find this. The Yellow Computing CD was an added bonus that rarely appears on auction sites.It's useless unless you have a Windows 98SE host computer, but if you do; it makes the 200LX even that much more versatile! Battery life is maybe 3 - 4 weeks, but you can use Lithium Ion AA rechargeables as long as you remember to recharge them about every 3 weeks.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

200LX should work until I die.
I was using an H/P 100LX, and although it works well(had it 23 years) , the right hand hinge failed and that makes it almost worthless to use. I tried to find either a new or good used case, or repair of my 100LX but no joy, so I discovered a pretty damn new if not new, 200LX on E-Bay I guess. it is the cats Meaw at this point. although I paid a hefty sum, it made an old man happy.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

HP200LX can stand next decade for me.
2 of 4 work with only new battery. 1 of 4 is working after CPU replacing new one . Last one is working after keyboard replacing from my old HP200LX then work. Now I have 4 working HP200Lxs. HP200LX can stand next decade for me.Achat vérifié : Oui
