    Got this because of a TV show joke

    Got this because of a British TV show where a detective's superior is named "Mullet" and the detective had something similar to this that had a sign on it saying "Grey Mullet" (the type of fish on the plaque) and a post-it note saying "Avoid at all costs." I thought it was hilarious and found this where the seller said it didn't always work but I wasn't looking for one that worked so that was okay.

    I really wanted that object but I was a bit disapointed

    I wanted something funny and special for my husband's birthday... We were a bit disapointed... I know the original product is kind of rare nowadays and that you might only find old copies, but the offer said the object was a used and when we received it, it was a very damaged : tail mecanism not working, eyes scratched, unknown sticky goo on the panel... I live in Europe and the plug type was american, which was not specified in the offer and there was no battery provided either... Once I bought the right batteries (not easy to find), the object functionned correctly (except for the tail) so I'm satisfied with that part, I just wished it was in better shape...

    Was not disappointed

    This was bought for a decoration for a birthday. The theme was fishing and camping. Billy Bass worked like brand new (and these things were popular in 1999). The motion sensor work perfectly. All in all the birthday boy was very excited with this extraordinary find!

    Unfortunately, only worked partially and intermittently.

    Got the Bass Christmas Eve in time for gift giving on Christmas. Packaged well, looked in good shape, but when activated the front part moved well, but not the tail. Then the tail began working but the front part started hanging up. The singing was fine. It was so cute and we enjoyed it for 15 minutes.

    Great rare item

    Not easy to find a working one but this item and fish is excellent. I’m getting the Christmas one also! Gemmy makes good products just do research on used items. Great!

    Billy Bass has aged

    The fish does sing, not as designed, it's motion sensor doesn't work, but it will sing if you push the red button; one song , then push again for next recording. The fish wants to move but can't. You can hear the gears buzzing.I bought this for a gift, and while I am a little disappointed, it still brings a smile.

    Entertaining, Vintage Wall Plaque

    I purchased this product for my Fathers Birthday, he loved it! The plaque can be hung on the wall or it has a stand on the back so it can sit on a shelf or desk. Great quality product that all will find entertaining.

    Igloo Quality...
