This is not a review of the seller but the product
Sure am glad I only paid around $140 for this wrench set and not the $300+ retail price. For all that I've heard and seen about this style of gear wrench I have to say I'm flat out unimpressed. Ok, the good? The boxed end is angled and you can reverse without flipping the wrench over. Wish I had more good to say. Instead, was let down on 3 fronts... Let down #1: Right out of the package, while turning the ratchet end of the wrench, every wrench 8 to 15 mm stuck and reversed directions all on its own. Totally unacceptable for a supposed top-tier product. I literally had to soak them in lithium grease and work it through the ratchet part for a few minutes each wrench before they were even functional. What is it with these manufacturers producing flat out piles of ____ for exorbitant prices??? Let down #2: The ratchet is no where near being fine-toothed. Aside from the reverse, the ratchet mechanism doesn't feel any different than the cheaper model gearwrench you can purchase for half the price. This makes it difficult to get another click in a tight spot. Let down #3: The handle is still too sharp, though not as sharp as the older model straight gearwrench. But still, sharp enough to be uncomfortable if breaking any more than 1 bolt free. The manufacturer could have easily rounded the handle to be more ergonomic but chose not to. Conclusion: They're probable fine if you only use your tools on the weekend or a couple times a month, but the let downs get old quick when you use them all the time. For the guy trying to earn a living with his tools, he might as well save up for the snap-on reversibles because these are nothing short of another mass produced careless company trying to stick their greasy hands in your wallet all the while shafting you with a 500% retail markup.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Wonderful I am very nice set

Timesaver but steel isn’t good quality
