    Works great, after modification.

    Overall this is a good product. But, as some have mentioned, it requires a few mods to work as advertised. Firstly, no instructions or AIC housing gasket were included. The shaft for the butterfly is longer than the OEM throttle body, which makes the throttle bind after tightening the throttle position sensor. Some folks have had good luck putting a washer in front of the TPS mounting bolts. Mine did not fare so well. After install, i was welcomed with weird shifting, wondering if i'd make it home.....mostly between 1st and 2nd gear. After calling BBK, as a last resort they mentioned filing the throttle body rod that enters the TPS to match the length of the OEM unit. I did this and it was ALMOST perfect, still had the weird shifting between 1st and 2nd on occasion. After adjusting the Trans kickdown cable it seems to be working as it should. All this for over $250 and 1MPG gain....i think there are better options out there for the $$ like gears, header, etc.

    Quality Product & Farely Easy to Install

    Purchased & installed Airaid Cold Intake 311-158, Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer, & BBK Throttle Body for '97 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sahara. Now get 2 mpg more. All received in a timely manner. Fits perfect & easy to install with minimal maintenace background. This particular throttlebody seems built right.

    Great product!! One thing to look out for!

    Just a heads up is all of the sudden your butterfly plates inside he throttle body are sticking partially open after installation and will not close all the way so not freak out. It’s an easy fix and happend to me. Put a small washer on both bolts that attach the tps the the throttle body on the inside where the tps meets the throttle body not the outside under the bolt head. Trust me worked like a charm for me and zero problems I think maybe the steel rod going into the sensor may be a 1/64 to long so it makes it freeze up. Other then that amazing product and noticeable response /gas mileage increase

    Great throttle body

    Great throttle body can feel a different in throttle response. Lot better air flow. Don't know if it made a difference in mileage. But am hopeful

    Great throttle body

    Had to file the throttle body shaft where it goes into the sensor, because it was too long Nd sensor would not fit flush without binding throttle blade. Took about 20 strokes with a file no big deal. The change in response, getup and go and smoothness is amazing

    BBK

    Noticably better throttle response. Comes with base and IAC gaskets and replacement allen head bolts as the factory bolts will no longer work. Great alternative as an upgrade as it is about $200 less that stock a replacement.

    BBK throttlebody

    I have a war out 99 Jeep Wrangler sport 4.0 L and by adding just the throttlebody baby K and the riser made it daylight and dark difference. Highly recommend thank you so much my package arrived on time
