Unit is excellent but inverter is inefficient. Using AC burns through battery quickly. Just having inverter on will drain battery and there is no time out so if you forget to turn it off, you can lose all charge. I did plug in another 100 watt inverter into 12v and got good results. So this is mainly a DC unit. Does great job of running DC lights, fans, players, tablets on DC. Unit is highly portable and charges very fast. Highly recommended but buy an inverter for it.

If you are trying to use this unit in a household capacity, avoid it like the plague. It is excessively loud. It was so loud, I thought it was defective. They sent a replacement and it is just as loud. I have products by other two other competing brands and when the fans run, it is barely noticable. Not this unit. I don't get it either because a quiet fan in bulk wouldn't cost much. Sounds like an RC car racing around my bedroom.

Seems ok for what it is. Strongly dislike no option to disable Bluetooth and wifi since security is non-existent. Beware if you are in an apartment or tight campground. May need a bigger size for my mini fridge. DC doesn't work as the fridge thinks the battery voltage is too low and shuts itself off even with the battery fully charged. Inverter use isn't as efficient.

I bought this item refurbished. So far it has powered my cpap, It says that with the plug thought it would last about four hours. I bought a dc plug for my machine and it said it would last around 6 hours with the humidifier And heat off. Like I said so far so good, I just hope the warranty is good if something does happen to it.

These work great for minor backup situat...
These work great for minor backup situations. I’m using mine to recharge my devices with solar. Does make a slight buzzing noise when using the AC power

Like all other products I bought from you , this one a little smaller but great size to have handy for a care taker use..
Product is being used for emergency power for me to care for my wife in case of power outage and need to power her chair and i phones and other items to keep her safe..
