  • It Works

You're going to need to do some mods to the block between the head and carb. It's an easy mod. I also had to adjust both my screws almost all the way in. You will also need to switch out the primer hose because the original's diameter is to big. Once I got the unit running it ran good, not perfect, I'm sure the OEM carb would be much better, but for the price you can't go wrong.

  • Leaf Blower works like new!

PB-500t leaf blower would not start only after 1 year of use - it wasn't getting fuel. Took to local small engine mechanic and he said it's cheaper to replace the carb than to pay to have it rebuilt, so that's what I did. Works like new! Would buy again.

  • Does not fit

you have to take a file and shave down a portion of the housing of the carb on the echo blower in order for this cab to work the throttle cable screw is not long enough and hits the housing and prevents the throttle cable from moving freely so it gets stuck

  • A good investment for a reliable product!

This is a excellent replacement part for my ECHO Backpack Blower. I change the carburetor out about once a year to keep the blower running like new. It's a small fee to pay to be able to use the blower and start it on the first pull of the starter cord handle.

  • Replaced my previous one

The moment I replaced it which was very simple. I primed the bulb a couple of times and... Waa... Laa .. she was off and running.. all I can say is Hail Yea !! Go !! Buffalo !!

  • The carburetor didn’t fit.

Don’t get aftermarket parts. It’s not because it’s the cheapest that will work. The part is similar but does not fit my Echo BP- 580T. No good. Didn’t work for me.

  • Good value but one significant drawback with throttle linkage

Well priced carb but it required modification of the throttle linkage to fit the echo 580T power blower. The pivot arm was too short and cause the linkage to strike the housing of the engine. Return fuel line is a smaller diameter than oem part. Otherwise it is fine. I bought it because it had a high and low idle adjustments unlike the oem carb from echo that had inaccessible adjustment screws unless you are willing to pay about $20 for the adjustment tool.
