NOT READY for PRIME TIME
First impressions were overall good, but after 3 weeks of using this tuner display, I have had lockups, fuel reading are not even close to being accurate (talked with Edge support, they said they are working on it and maybe in a couple months they will have a fix? ) while using the unit and after reading instructions on how to reset the average MPG on the screen it say to go into the fuel screen and reset the display. OK I followed the directions to the letter and when I clicked on the fuel screen it says ( COMING SOON) What the heck? Not ready for commercial release yet here it is and for retail of $600.00 plus or minus a couple of dollars. I have used edge products before for years and very happy with them, this cts2 is not worth the money and should have not been released until the unit would perform as advertised.... BIG mistake on Edge products inc. as you do not offer gold and deliver Tin not when you charge a premium price of $600.00 If I were Edge I would have my staff working day and night to get this supposed flag ship programmer fixed to at least deliver what was advertised, and not say we should have it working within 2-3 months, just wait???? Not good for customer satisfaction or retention for future products that they may release. The model I purchased was 85450 CTS-2 for gas NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME ! I doubt I would buy an Edge product again... $600.00 for a barley working unit is not fair, and promises of a solution is months away at a minimum. doesn't seem right to me.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Engine error codes gallore!
I have tried all of the settings... In the Performance and Towing levels, I get engine error codes constantly. I don't see much improvement in HP in the Performance level and I haven't used it enough in Tow level. So far, I'm still hoping to work out the bugs in tow level to keep it, but I'm afraid of doing damage to my engine if I continue to get error codes. I never had error codes prior to the install of this programmer. It is also a pain having to remove the radio fuse under the hood every time I want set a new program level. The programmer freezes up often during a load. I have to reset it. There are also times that it does not turn at start up. I not sure if that's part of having a refurbished unit or if the unit and programmer is just faulty junk. At this point, I'm at the end of my rope with this thing. I'm testing it this week while pulling the boat. If I continue with error codes, it is going to be returned. The only positive about this programmer, is the transmission level program. It seems to shift smoother and a better shift points. Overall, I would not recommend this product. I doesn't do much for gas engines and has been nothing but a hassle so far. Great programmer
It’s a great programmer/tuner my only down fall with it is it doesn’t turn off the seat belt chime and it doesn’t turn off traction control like a bully dog does but I can live with that. Other then that it’s a great product works awesome and love the gauge layout.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Occasion

Run the Drag Strip all Night then Save Gas during the Day - I Love This Product
If you want to know how your engine is performing with true output and not trust the idiot gauges this product is for you. You can monitor up to twelve different engine outputs at once in real time. You can go to the drag strip and upload a tune run all night then set it back to drive home. I love how you can customize the screens and the install/setup was a breeze. I love the difference the edge tuner made to my engine. And you'd never know it was refurbished it was jus like brand new and works perfectly. Thank you for a great product

Edge Programer
Edge programer was a great addition to my truck, quick easy install and setup as well as being able to personalize backgrounds to make it unique. Great product
This is the best thing I have bought for my truck, I can now monitor every bit of information about the motor that the stock gauges don't show you, as well as adjust idle, timing, tire size, speed/rev limiters and much more, there are 3 different levels of tuning on my 2006 f150 triton 5.4. 1 trans only, 2 towing, the current tune I am running I can tell a noticeable difference in the power and the way the transmission shifts, 3 extreme which requires 91+ octane and is great for when you need the most power of of you're motor. This is the best tuner I have ever had and I would not hesitate to buy again.

I bought this product for gas mileage and it’s been 1-1/2 months and I’m getting the same gas mileage as I was before. So I pretty much paid $600

Alot of talk and verry verry little walk
0 noticable hp on bone stock block. Shift points however were verry noticable. The 50hp** gain not so much. Im sure theres fine print that explains it. The price tag is what makes it disapointing, lots of options exept shift on the fly. Have to turn key to on position and wait. Has flashy screen but at the end of the day, its maried to your truck when you plug it in. Thats what they tell you when you try to return it due to it still not performing properly.
