    Not exactly the same as Snap On but darn close

    I bought this 3/8" torque wrench because I couldn't justify the price tag on a Snap On. Through some research I learned that this CDI was supposed to be "the same". At 1/3 the price I gave it a try. It does appear very similar. It looks like the handle is the same but the ratcheting head is different when comparing to a snap on. Overall a good torque wrench for the money. Mine came in a blow molded case. The photo here shows a plastic handle, mine is metal. I'm a professional user and overall I'm pleased with this tool.

    Seems to be a well made torque wrench

    This is my first torque wrench purchase. I wanted a decent quality tool because an inaccurate torque wrench is useless. I haven't tried confirming the torque settings yet but I will before I use it. It may be out of calibration but that isn't an overwhelming problem to solve. From what I read CDI makes a quality product and that would appear to be the case from the way this tool feels and looks. Even though it was sold to me as used it is in excellent cosmetic condition and appears to have been well cared for and not used carelessly.

    Haven't used it yet but it feels, looks and appears to be the real thing.

    The wrench appears to be top quality, it feels good and certification of calibration was included. I have not tested it myself but all appears to be as advertised.

    A bargain

    I have access to calibration test equipment and my unit was -1lb/ft full scale(specified was 4%). Very good buy would recommend.
