    It's Decent. Not So Good. 2/5

    The Q10 used to be a really good phone back in the day and since I have always heard about it I thought why not give it a Shot? I did and expected a completely different experience than the one I originally had with the Q10. it did not do as well as I expected it too and it really should have because I don't have high expectations. I know it isn't a Galaxy NOTE or something. but this should be able to function fine on the BB os and it hard time even doing that sometimes. if you're coming from a bigger screen phone you will have troubles. it will take you maybe about a week to adjust to the small Q10 device. the device is really small which can be a good and bad thing. it can fit just about anywhere comfortably, you can hold it comfortably and you will drop it less too. However, it's a little bit thick, it's overweight for sure and to bulky. I would have preferred it to be a little bit thinner at least but then again this isn't one of those devices. this device is really only recommended for social networking and Keyboarding. True BB users will know how to use the q10 and the keyboard perfectly fine. if you find it for cheap buy it otherwise don't waste your money on this at all. please reconsider.

    Best BlackBerry phone

    I love this phone. This is the second BlackBerry Q10 that I've owned. The first one lasted 4 years and was still working great until the mic stopped working property (I might have dropped it one too many times). I was happy to find another NEW one on ebay. It works excellent. The phone size is perfect and I love the physical keyboard and touch screen. The screen clarity is excellent and I can view most Web sites without any issues. I can't say eneough great things about this phone. I must admit... I did try to go back to using an Android phone for a short while and hated it!!! It didn't take long before I went back to my beloved BlackBerry Q10. If you are an avid BlackBerry user, this phone is awesome!

    Small but Old

    The phone was in fantastic shape but it is old technology. It is slower than my Samsung Galaxy 5, which I can no longer charge. Then there is the problem convincing Blackberry that my email hasn't changed since I inadvertently washed my first Q10 and ruined it. I love the QWERTY keyboard, but bought a replacement Samsung 5. I have no complaint with the company I purchased it from, it looks and runs like a new Q10.

    Good phone, good value, good service

    Great phone for those who demand a physical keyboard (my wife) which is much more easy to type than I thought possible with such small keys. The keys are designed so a big thumb does not depress multiple keys. Good buy

    Q10 2015

    Fastest device to text and email on. Will always love blackberry phones because of their UI and form factor. Camera takes great pictures as well.

    Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

    The BB Q10 operating system, both the older 10.3.2 and newer 10.3.3, do not have Bluetooth connectivity to all devices, particularly many auto phone systems. BlackBerry has said for sometime it's trying to fix the issue, but so far no upgrade fix.

    Q10

    An excellent cellphone in its category (physical keyboard). It's a solid, very high quality device for sure. My one disappointment is with signal reception. I also own a Z10 and it pulls in 5 of 5 signal bars while the Q10 pulls in only 3 of 5 bars. Perhaps this is specific to my device only, but this matters a lot to me. Nonetheless, I much prefer the Z10 to the Q10. They both run the same operating system so they are both superb and similar devices but the Z10 seems to take full advantage of the operating system. The Q10 seems to focus primarily around the love for that keyboard. Personally, I much prefer the Z10's keyboard even. It is really nice.

    SIM card cannot be detected.

    Sim card can't be detected, it's too expensive for me to return it. The main purpose of using it is to watch the video of a car DVR, so let it be.

    BB Q10

    I recently transferred from Sprint to Verizon and didn't want to have to learn a new phone. I wasn't thrilled with my first q10 because I had so much I had to learn. Now that I had I wanted another one.. This one was new and I am happy with it.

    blackberry q10

    This blackberry is perfect. It may be slow to start but then it keeps the pace with the bigger phones. Fast. Fun. Gets job done with ease and safely. Securely.
