    Best phone EVER. Never going back to the iphone.

    I am 50 y.o. and I have not coveted an inanimate object like this since I was 17 and bought my first new sport car which I slept in for three days. I have nothing bad to say about this phone. It is absolutely AMAZING!!! Battery last for several days. LOVE having the keypad and the auto word suggestions and thumb-swipe makes typing emails / texts so fast. Blows my iphone out of the water. I will NEVER go back.

    Best product!

    One of the best product yet. Although I miss the smaller size of the Q10, the screen is much better and the photos are great! Keyboard is spectacular and the battery life exceeds the excellent reputation.

    Excellent battery life..Bad performance

    Battery was great. But it let me down in performance. Side keys were not placed right. You touch them by mistake all the time. Pages will take 3 to 4 minutes to load. Phone is not fast at all. I was not happy at all and wont recommend.

    Fast, sleek, and great keyboard

    I bought this phone for the physical keyboard and love it. I'm so thankful that blackberry has a phone running android so that I can still use apps but have the physical keyboard. The only cons so far are that sometimes when typing it's easy to hit the touch screen back and home buttons. I also wish that there was a dedicated period key. Other than that I am so happy with it.

    Great keyboard!

    So glad Sprint decided to use the Blackberry again! This one works well on the Sprint LTE network. Android software works well. Great phone! Battery life is good too.

    Nice phone though.

    Certain apps do not work or shut down as soon as they open. Finding the SIM card for Sprint was an issue. I had to go through many places and people to find it.
