Battery is terrible, no 3G, 4G, 4G LTE support with t-mobile
I ordered this phone thinking it would be the same size as my last blackberry curve. It wasn't. It's much larger, and the battery life is worse than my 5 year old iphone. Great Find
Received phone today and is in excellent condition given the fact it is not the newest phone on the market. A few blemishes as described in product description but they are barely noticeable. It's a great transition towards a smartphone. Touch screen plus keyboard was what I wanted. I am having some issues with the Sim Card recognition. not sure if it is a Phone issue or a Sim Card issue. The key board is great, large and smooth. However, screen sensitivity interferes with key board function.

Thank you - I have a concern - Back cover doesn't fit
It looks like there is a problem in the back of the phone. The back cover doesn't fir well. Its not holding it. I haven't expected this that the phone back cover will not fit well.
