Perfect Phone
This phone is perfect for making calls and texting ( I do not use the phone for internet at all). The keyboard is great. I am not a fan of touch screens so this phone suits me fine. There are never any accidental calls or texts sent to the wrong recipient. I've had two blackberrys in the past and they were both excellent as well. You can feel the quality just by holding it. Just like new!
Came quickly and was packed nicely with a charger (not the original, but it works!) I did have to order an additional battery since the one it came with would die at around 50% charge but the replacement battery was only ten bucks. So total for a like new phone was only 40 bucks! I bought this for a gift.. I got at the begging a broken one. I emailed and called the number in the package and they very fast sent me a replace phone without they wait to get the broken one, they sent me the good one. In one moment I had two phones. Much nicer than expected

It's actually really good
In a way I wish I could use the phone without having a BIS plan, but the phone itself is great, keyboard is amazing. It can do a lot considering how old it is. Takes good photos for what it is too. The Best of the Best
IMHO, the BlackBerry Z30 is the best smartphone ever made, and the STA100-5 is the best of the Blackberry 10 OS versions for the Z30.
