    Iphone 5s

    The phone came with std os. I updated it to iOS 11.3 That diminished battery life slightly which was cured with a battery charger case..runs great.. great value.. also have a Apple 7s+. Use the small phone more.. Jerry Patterson7703

    1st I phone

    Got the Ipads, Ipods etc. 1st I phone.... WHY did I wait. Love it, but not Apple's constant updates on their products. Just when I get used to a certain look or format, some Millennial decides " let's mess with the old guy." Know what I'm sayin' Vern ???

    Nice older product

    Good for kids and hand-me-downs at this point, gets the job done. Make sure you check the battery cycle life and replace if necessary. Usually more than 500 cycles will see significant improvement of battery life upon replacement.

    Not what I expected

    The battery was the first concern, and after trying to update the software iTunes declared the phone was giving an "Invalid response".

    It did not work, Hardware issues,

    This phone never worked, i didn't even get to activate it. Keeps turning its self off, i took it to a local shop, it has hardware issues, will cost more to fix then i paid for the phone. Very dissatisfied will make me think long before i ever buy another refurbished product, That store lost a customer in me .

    Typical apple product

    If you're an apple fan, this phone still has some legs. Can support current iOS. Lte fast and decent antenna. Touch ID can be iffy if fingers are greasy but when it works, it's way more convenient. Bigger screen than the 4 but still small enough to hold normally +++
