Having shopped with CE for years i went back for my new phone. Ordered a B&C so I could have which was better as had only ever had A grade before. Wasn’t happy with what arrived - contacted them for a swap and dealt solely with Anita who went above and beyond to sort the issues with regular updates. I order all my families phones through them and won’t go anywhere else. With how they’ve handled this I’ll return as normal!

Pretty much what to expect from an iPhone. Not my choice (wife's phone) but replacement for an iPhone 7 and compact enough to lose in her handbag.
